Order Confirmation

After you make a purchase, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number within a few hours. You may review the status of your order by viewing Order Status. As a registered customer, you will also be able to review the Order History for all your online orders.

C & E Fashions accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Credit cards are subject to address verification by your financial institution.

Return Policy

Unworn and undamaged merchandise may be returned in its original box within 14 days of the date of delivery. The original invoice must accompany the return. Follow the following procedures to return an item:

1. Contact us at info@candefashions.com to request a Return Authorization number.

2. Write the Return Authorization number on the original invoice and enclose the invoice with the merchandise in the original box. Ship the package back to us with UPS or the United States Post Office, and be sure to insure the package for the value of the items enclosed.

3. If you wish to exchange the merchandise for another item, write us a note explaining exactly what you wish in exchange. Please note that the exchange will depend on the availability of the item desired once we receive your package back at C & E Fashions. You may also call us at 1-888-623-8349 (outside California) or 1-213-623-8349 (inside California) to let us know exactly what you want in exchange for the item you are returning.

4. Send package to C & E Fashions, Inc. 839 South Los Angeles Street Los Angeles, CA. 90014 Refunds are processed within approximately 3 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase, less the shipping. Refund times will depend on the credit card company's policies. Merchandise received without a Return Authorization number or more than 14 days after the date of delivery will not be eligible for a return. Worn or damaged merchandise will not be eligible for a return.
